in the charming Gower village of Mumbles.

reflecting our location at the seaside, with the added passion

Our fresh food display
is always brimming with prime cuts of meat, game and the freshest
of fish. Including seasonally, delicious Gower Salt Marsh Lamb,
the finest local Beef, the world renowned Penclawdd Marsh Cockles
and Laver bread, local Lobsters, Dressed Crab and other Shellfish
we believe nothing beats simple cooking using perfect ingredients.

chef's special two course menu or our extensive à la carte menu,
with daily changes.

The Bay Brasserie also offers a fantastic choice
for Sunday Lunch with traditional Sunday Roast to something a
bit more flamboyant for those guests who prefer something different.
Children are welcome anytime but please be advised we do not
have high chair facilities. Your eyes will dazzle with our vast
display of local and exotic seafood, priced by weight.
Specialties
include Sea Bass baked in Rock Salt, whole Dover and Lemon Sole
and succulent Tiger Prawns served sizzling in garlic. If fish
is not your first choice, you can choose from finest meat and
game. As well as an impressive range of Aylesbury Duck, Welsh
Lamb and local Poultry. Daily Vegetarian dishes and a vast salad
choice will satisfy all you dining needs
